This module is part of a comprehensive Workplace Behaviours training.
All staff need to understand the basics of bullying in the workplace. That implies being able to recognise when jokes are no longer jokes, being able to understand the characteristics, risks and potential ways to address it.
When all staff understand the basics, everybody in the workplace can help to create a working environment in which bullying has no place and that appropriate measures can be taken to prevent them if it happens anyway.
