Our Approach
How knowledge and expertise is delivered
Not ever company or team is the same
Classroom, video, workshop or e-learning?
The effectiveness of any training depends on the ability of staff to apply their knowledge and expertise in their daily work.
Staff must be able to interpret and apply these rules correctly; i-KYC uses a structured approach to develop all its courses to maximise the learning benefits and focus on enhancing awareness on Financial Crime Compliance.
Format, mode of delivery and content are tailored to your needs
Your needs are leading
Type of training and approach
We have extensive experience in training of dedicated KYC/CDD staff, client facing staff and senior management and focus on AML/CFT and FCC in general. We’re specialized and all trainers have operational, international experience in the field. The training we can provide, ranges from off-the-shelf e-learnings as introduction to AML/CFT to 2 week class room trainings and annual learning programs.
Geographical coverage
We have provided training in Europe, Africa, Asia, the middle East and the Caribbean and have an extensive network of associate consultants and trainers. E-learnings are or can be made available in local language (and tailored to local regulations)We’re used to working with international clients and tailoring material to their internal policies.
Trainer profiles
We source our trainers based on the assignment, language and topic, so we will be able to share trainer profiles once we know the jurisdiction, audience and requirements.
If you do not like what you are getting – change what you are doing.
Learning Management Solution
The i-KYC learning management solution (LMS) is an online training platform customised to your profile that helps you efficiently manage your professional education programme, i.e. your e-learning programmes, classroom training, workshops, webinars etc.

Training Needs Assessment
Of the three steps to developing an effective training programme:
- Conducting a thorough Training Needs Assessment,
- Determining action-oriented training objectives,
- Delivering focused, engaging content that is relevant for the target audience,
the Training Needs Assessment is arguably the most critical component.
i-KYC’s training developers methodically collect the performance parameters and learning requirements from the project sponsor and a representative group of the target population by means of a customised survey/questionnaire. This is followed by face to face interviews with a carefully selected cross-section of the population to discuss the outcome of the questionnaire and establish:
- Which topics need to be addressed in the training;
- Where the current knowledge level is on these topics, and
- The required knowledge level after the training as well as how this can be demonstrated.
