Since mid 2026 AUSTRAC has extended the list of regulated businesses to include among other lawyers, accountants and corporate service providers. AUSTRAC specifically states that these regulated businesses must prepare their personnel by ensuring they:

  • understand their AML/CTF obligations;
  • have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their AML/CTF function;
  • receive appropriate AML/CTF training.

Our course covers the generic requirements but modules and case studies for specific industries can be added. Since most of these regulated organisations are new to the legislation the training covers all the basic requirements.

Rather than focusing solely on regulations, the course develops practical awareness and investigative thinking that employees can immediately apply in their daily work.
